Yes. Right now I accept Kaiser, Cigna and United. Contact me to verify coverage.
Private pay sessions are $135.
Do you offer telehealth or in-person sessions?
Right now, I am only able to offer telehealth (video sessions) in Colorado.
I am currently working on obtaining an in-person office in the Denver/Littleton area.
What's the first session like?
We spend the first session getting to know each other. I'll ask you about what brought you to counseling, your history, and what you're hoping to gain from the experience. You'll also have plenty of space to ask questions too.
How long does therapy take?
It depends on your goals — Some people accomplish their goals in about 8-12 sessions, others work with me for longer periods of time. We will continue to talk about this as we go.
